The free seminar will debut The Wellness on the Waves Program created by Davitt Conroy. Davitt Conroy is a Private Chef, Health and Wellness Coach with over 17 years experience. Alongside Davitt Conroy at the seminar will be Dr. Robert Stein who will introduce everyone to the L3W diet system, and Olga Gavrilenko who is skilled in menu and recipe development, food combining, detoxification, and nutritionally optimized meal planning.

About Davitt Conroy
With a strong background running busy kitchens both in his home town of Cork City Ireland and Manhattan NYC and 17 years kitchen experience, Davitt made the transition to private chef in 2011. Since then Davitt has worked on Private Motor Yachts and Private Estates as well as cooking at “Oceana” Restaurant, Rockefeller Centre NYC. There he polished his cooking techniques and gained a vast wealth of experience cooking at a Michelin level.

About Dr. Robert Stein
Dr. Stein specializes in Clinical Applied Kinesiology and Chiropractic Biophysics. Dr. Stein started his academic career with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Stein advanced his education by crossing over into anti-aging medicine. He has earned a Diplomat in Anti-Aging, a Fellowship in Regenerative Medicine and a Fellowship in Functional Medicine and is currently enrolled in a Masters in metabolic medicine at the University of South Florida Medical School.
